1. General Service Usage

Our services are designed exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the service strictly within the boundaries of the plan you have purchased:

• Account Sharing: Unless you have explicitly purchased a multi-device plan (e.g., 2 Devices or 3 Devices), your subscription is strictly limited to one connection at a time.
• Restreaming: Re-streaming, broadcasting, or sharing our network with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban without refund.
• VPN Usage: You are allowed to use a VPN. In fact, we highly recommend it in regions where ISPs block or throttle IPTV connections to ensure optimal performance.

2. Content Availability

We strive to provide the largest and most stable library of live channels and VODs. However, the digital broadcasting landscape is dynamic. Therefore:

• We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channel, movie, or series.
• Channels may be added, removed, or updated automatically as we continually upgrade our servers and sources to improve the overall quality of the service.

3. Refund Policy & Free Trials

We believe in complete transparency and customer satisfaction. Because we offer a Free 24-Hour Trial for you to test the stability and quality of our servers, our refund policy is strict:

• We strongly advise all new clients to request and utilize the free trial before committing to a paid subscription.
• Refunds are only considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 3 days of purchase, and only if there is a severe, documented technical issue on our end that our support team cannot resolve.
• Buffering caused by a client’s slow internet connection, incompatible device, or local ISP blocking does not qualify for a refund.

4. Account Suspension

E2key IPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use. Abusive language towards our customer support team or attempts to manipulate our network will lead to immediate termination.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
